Registration & Tuition

Finalize registration before the term starts or by the 2nd session via online payment; otherwise institute services are restricted.
Advance reservation deposit: 1,000,000 Tomans.
Withdrawal up to 48 hours before class starts: 75% refund (25% deduction). No refund after this deadline.
Mid-term joiners pay full tuition.
Re-enrolling drop-off students from session 7 onwards receive a 20% discount.

LIMS portal (lims.sdfli.ir) is mandatory for grades, report cards, online classes, homework and quizzes.
Online quizzes/mid-terms during the term; term-end exam at session 15 via LIMS.
Make-up/retake exams: apply within 7 days after the main exam (fee applies).
Passing: minimum 70/100 and max 3 unjustified absences.
Low performers: 1 probation term with self-study or remedial classes (7–10 sessions).
Certificates issued upon completing A2, B1/B2, C1/C2 levels.

Dress code must suit an educational environment; arrive on time with all learning materials.
Staircases are outside institute liability; parents should accompany children under 10 to the main entrance and avoid congregating in hallways.
Disruptions: first offense warning/pledge; repetition may lead to expulsion.
